This beautiful two-storey house has awesome gardens and exteriors. The private pool of 9x6 meters, with outdoor shower, large lawn and palm trees with several sun loungers, hammock, and chill-out area that ensure a good rest. It consists of a magnificent porch with panoramic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, ideal for relaxing, reading or sharing with family or friends, as well as a barbecue in the pool area. There is a second porch consisting of an oven and a stone barbecue, in a zone of total privacy, ideal for a lunch al fresco or dinner in the heart of nature under the old tree Es Lledoner. The interior of the house, with a surface of 230 mts, is a spacious living room of 47mts², with access to the outside porch, and a comfortable sofa to watch satellite TV, Smart TV, music and WIFI, with pleasant garden views. The modern kitchen of 17mts² is fully equipped , electric stove, fireplace and access to the rear terrace. The bedrooms are very comfortable, one of them on the top floor is a suite, with wonderful views of the village; sofa and porch perfect to enjoy reading and mountain views. One of the beds is electric, for a disabled person. All bathrooms have a shower, and one of them has a shower adapted for disabled users, along with a bathtub and a stretcher for children. Outside there is a ping pong table and a garage perfect to have bicycles or cars. at your disposal for any eventuality and advice about your stay in our house and island. The villa is located in a quiet setting in Plà de Mallorca (Ses Alqueries), classified as a historic site and a Site of Cultural Interest and its foundation dates back to the Islamic era (XIII century). In the town of Santa Eugenia (1Km) you will have all the necessary services for your stay such as typical tapas bars and Mallorcan food, pizzeria, prepared meals, restaurant-winery, supermarkets, pharmacy, health center, hairdresser, etc. as well as a weekly fruit / vegetable market and fresh food. Santa Eugenia is a town with a wine tradition, so you can enjoy an environment and paths to enjoy hiking through the vineyards, as well as hiking routes through the pleasant and comfortable mountain in the area through its pine forests.
