House in Heidelberg (home next to hospitals)

A true haven in Heidelberg, this house is located on a quiet no-through road, just a short walk from the Austin, Mercy & Warringal hospitals, & a short drive from the Repatriation Hospital. With the vibrant café culture of Burgundy Street on your doorstep, the perfect coffee, lunch or dinner is just a stroll away. Free WIFI, bed linen, towels and basic consumables are provided. House in Heidelberg effortlessly accommodates seven guests, while the three living zones and landscaped rear garden provide guests with all the space necessary to relax. Instant hot water and ducted heating/cooling further ensure your comfort, while the driveway provides parking for your vehicle in addition to on-street parking. All shared areas of my home are available for guest use, including all bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and garden. A Weber barbecue is also available for guest during the warmer months. During your stay, we are only be a short drive away and always contactable by phone if you have any queries or problems. We normally meet you at the beginning of your stay to handover the keys, or make prior agreed arrangements for key access for you. Whether you are looking for easy access to the city, or want to enjoy the local delights, Heidelberg will not disappoint. Burgundy Street is a mix of shopping and eating opportunities, where your main decision will be where to stop for morning tea, brunch, lunch or dinner. Heidelberg has very easy access to the tranquil main Yarra Trail, or if culture is more your thing, the Heide Museum of Art. Heidelberg is just 12km north-east of Melbourne’s CBD, offers quick road and public transport links to the city, and easy access to Tullamarine airport either via Bell Street or the Metropolitan ring road. Heidelberg Station is in Zone 1, and offers access to Flinders Street Station in 26 minutes and the MCG in 23 minutes. It is also extremely well situated for convenient access to the Austin, Mercy, Warringal, Repatriation and Royal Talbot hospitals. Specific house rules will be provided for all confirmed bookings. This is a quiet area, so we would request that you respect our neighbours’ serenity, with no loud music late at night. We also request that you avoid damage to the polished floors by removing outdoor shoes (especially stiletto heels) and refrain from moving furniture.
