This fantastic Villa has been carefully restored and is furnished with a mix of antique or contemporary features. Located in an elevated position, it has a solar heated pool surrounded by a large secluded garden with breath-taking mountain views. The pool is an amazing feature of this Villa and completely safe for children of all ages. The Villa can sleep a maximum of 10 people, 6 in the main Villa itself and a further 4 in the luxury cabin located in the gardens. This Villa gifts, and is perfect for a family or group of friends, the environment that promises a feeling of being "home from home". From October until April guests should be aware that there will be an additional amount payable for the heating costs. This additional amount will be calculated on consumption. The meter will be read upon arrival and departure, and the number of units of gas consumed will be calculated and payable prior to departure or deducted from the reservation/security deposit. The Villa has a large kitchen, dining and living room on the ground floor (with new appliances). The kitchen has a large larder, which the owner stocks with home produced olive oil from the 160 trees within the garden and homemade jams from the fruit trees. Also on the ground floor, there is a large laundry room, bathroom that guests can use for showering and changing after using the pool. On the first floor, there is a large open plan lounge area. There are three bedrooms, one ensuite and the main bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub. In the secluded gardens, there is a large and luxurious cabin that can sleep a further 4 people (in addition to the 6 people sleeping in the main Villa itself). It overlooks the pool, has air conditioning and is surrounded by a mix of Mediterranean plants, fruit trees, olive groves and protected woodland with breath-taking views of mountain scenery. The cabin is self contained, with its own kitchen and bathroom. The guests will have full access to the Villa, the outside cabin, the gardens, vegetable areas with an abundance of fresh produce, the pool & grounds. There are also large terraces, a full outside kitchen & facilities close to the pool for outside dining on an open fire Caroline is always around when needed to offer help and assist guests and will meet you at your time of arrival to fully explain the Villa and cabin to you and then hand over the keys. There is also offered a cook, maid & laundry service, if required by the guests. We have available a professional cook who is experienced in preparing traditional dishes from every corner of Italy. This Villa's perfect location finds you on the Umbrian/Tuscan border. This area is known as "the green heart of Italy" and is a noted destination for relaxation, healthy living & extraordinary scenery. It is mystical & enchanting. It is mountainous, hilly & has a true Mediterranean climate. Above all, it is an area famous for it's excellent food, wine, olive oil, truffles, chocolate, cheeses, cured meats and the "must see" medieval cities and towns all within a commutable distance from this Villa Car rental is essential & recommended. There are many airports that offer daily flights to this area, with the closest being Perugia - approx. a 20 minute drive from this Villa. Other airports are Rome, Florence, Bologna Forli, Rimini, Pisa & Ancona. There is approximately a 10 minute drive away from this Villa an 18 hole Championship Golf Course.
