Our stylish villa boasts 3 double bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms and can accommodate 6 guests in the bedrooms and another 2 on rollaway beds. Mindaribba, Wallalong House, Albion Farm Gardens, Tocal, Walka Water Works and All Saints Woodville wedding venues, as well as historical Morpeth and Maitland are all less than 10 mins drive. Ducted air in all rooms, NBN Wi-fi, double lock-up garage & fully equipped, modern kitchen. Complimentary bottle of wine for stays of two or more nights. The space is fully self-contained with a well equipped kitchen with food basic such as oil, S&P, and vinegar as well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cold water. A laundry boasts a brand new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The main bedroom has a king bed, ensuite and walk-in robe. The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the third bedroom has been set up with two singles. If you have 7 or 8 guests we can offer a top quality queen size blow-up air-mattress or two single roll-away beds all with lovely soft linen. The main bathroom has a shower, a deep, modern bath and vanity and has soft, fluffy white towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The toilet is separate. A large, cozy lounge hosts a 50“ smart TV and FREE Netflix and a spacious dining area with dining table and chairs. Children are welcome and for babies we have a high chair and portacot. Please request when booking. The villa boasts double lock-up garage and a third park outside. Perfect for anyone self-isolating, medical professionals who are isolating, families and business trips. Guest have private access to the entire villa. We have a key-lock box at front door. If you wish I can meet you personally if I am home at the time of your arrival. I am available at any time via message or phone. Largs is a quiet rural neighbourhood with stunning big skies. We are only an 10 minute drive to Maitland which hosts Steamfest, Riverlights Multicultural Festival, Aroma Coffee and Chocolate festival, Bitter and Twisted Boutique Beer Festival, Taste food and wine festival and Groovin the Moo. We are only 6 kms to heritage listed town of Morpeth with its delightful cafes, pubs and artists. We are 7 mins to Mindaribba House, 9 mins to Tocal for the Tocal field days and homestead, 12 mins to Wallalong House, 10 mins to Albion Farm Gardens and 8 mins to All Saints Woodville. A perfect location for wedding guests. We have a great country tavern within walking distance with delicious food serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are serviced by Ubers and Taxi’s which both run at night. Ubers can be booked from your App. There are local buses into Maitland and to the railway station. There are regular trains from Maitland and East Maitland into Newcastle which is now serviced by light rail to the city, restaurants, theatre and beach. We have various clubs and pubs which have courtesy buses to pick you up.
