The Annexe at Water Edge is a self contained apartment suitable for two people. The apartment is a part of a stunning house which has just been renovated on the banks of a creek in the River Dart. Living room, large twin bedded bedroom, modern bathroom and kitchen. There is direct access to a heated indoor swimming pool, used also occasionally by the owner. In addition there is use of a canoe and rowing boat at the bottom of the garden. We also have a travel cot. Parking. Outside seating A handy hideaway for two people wanting a few days in this delightful village of Dittisham on a budget. Heated indoor pool en suite in the summer. Double canoe available at the bottom of the garden stepping into the creek. Buoyancy aids available Available on site most of the time but you are granted complete privacy in your accommodation and pool access tends to be mostly for private use Dittisham is our home and a delightful village with two pubs, a gourmet cafe and a post office/ shop that provides for most of your daily needs. The walks are fabulous, the views to die for and boat hire and ferries available to slip across to Greenaway, down to Dartmouth or up stream to Totnes Park the car and take river transport to Dartmouth, Totnes or Greenaway or walk to neighbouring villages and back after a lunch stop. e-bikes should be available to hire soon The appartment is part of the main Water Edge house with gardens leading to the mill creek and tidal access to the main river Dart. River glimpses from the pool and access to the canoe in the boat house is gained by simply strolling through the main sloping lawned garden.
