A lovely 2 bedroom cottage, clean and well presented. Ideal for family, couples and fishing groups. Close base to the heart of Coromandel, beach, boat ramps golf course and parks. The comfortable cottage is self-catering and has a recently modernized kitchen with microwave, benchtop oven and everything you need to cook up a storm. Your 4 burner BBQ is near your deck area where you can sit back and relax. Ideal set up for those keen fishermen with ample flat parking, fish filleting table and smoke house, (see below). Hose down area for your boat also available. Ideally located near Coromandel Township, (less than 2 minutes drive to town), and a flat 10 minute stroll south east and to Long Bay Beach and surrounding bush walks. Hosts – Margaret and Kevin also live on site in a separate dwelling. They are quietly around and available if guests need assistance but are unobtrusive. Alternatively you can contact the manager of the property. Smoke house is available for your use. There will be a small fee for this to cover expenses. Please see your hosts if you wish to use.
