Our house is 450 sqm big, located on a 2 hectares plot. The area is very quiet without being remote. It is a great location for walking and cycling around (4 new bicycles are available). It is 40 minutes away from the Marais Poitevin, 1 hour away from the Futuroscope, 80 minutes from the ocean and 2 hours from the celebrated "Puy du Fou" show. The area is also famous for its medieval churches. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and amenities are all within a 10 mn drive. The house has 2 large terraces, one at the rear and one by the heated swimming pool (with jacuzzi) , both equipped with tables and chairs. There is also a ping pong table in our barn (not on the photos). A covered car park for 2 cars is available. You will have full and exclusive access to the property.
