Guests can enjoy the morning/evening, tea or coffee by sitting in the balcony & can enjoy the outer scenic beauty of the nature,the neighbourhood is very calm & rich of natural green scenic beauty, one can really enjoy a lot at our place. Guest can access living room, kitchen, bedroom, washroom, balcony, parking & Lift. I am always available at the time of check-in & check-out, also available over phone or (Hidden by Airbnb) 24*7. Neighbourhood is quite calm, a big super market is available at a distance of 100 meter from our flat, chemist shop, laundry, eateries etc are also just at a distance of 100 meter. Ola & Uber services are available quickly after online booking. Visitors are strictly not allowed, pets are not allowed, quiet time is after 10 pm, Loud Music & Loud Noise strictly not allowed, all lights, AC, Fan, induction, windows should be properly closed whenever the guest go outside the flat, guest is advised not to left key inside flat whenever he go outside during his stay,
