Amazing house 3 month minimum - discuss price

Great little spot 15 minute drive to Coolangatta with the most amazing beach and cafes . There are buses. You have full use of your own area - no interruptions and can use other areas marked in the house. It is an old home and as it it is the bottom floor - while I clean and prepare well for each guest it is not perfect as the great price reflects for people looking for comfort, space and good value. Very unique. Your area is huge and you can access to some parts of the amazing house on different levels but understand there are conditions and Christine will explain them when you book or enquire. Being ground level can get dusty etc in case you are asmatic. Please not 5 star but clean comfortable and great value. EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR MY BEDROOM SECTION and upstairs kitchen as you have a microwave, small fridge , toaster, kettle, little oven and portable gas cooker and pot, pans, plates, cutlery etc n your area. As I am in and out a lot you have your own time a lot but I am only too happy to show you anything and chat if that is what you want. Coolangatta beach is only15 minutes - buses or even myself can drop you there. From top floor there is an absolute amazing views of the whole area - you can see for miles. You are welcome to use and enjoy a wine. While it is quiet you are less than 15 minute drive to all Coolangatta action and eating - or 15 minutes to the NSW - Kingscliff WONDERFUL coast line. There are local buses going past the door to Tweed but please check that yourself with surf side buses timetables - free buses to local club SEAGULLS great eating. Due to being 3 levels it has stairs but when you are in your area there is no stairs only the ones going to there .Please accept the uniqueness and not all of the areas are perfect but better than back packers.
