At the end of a small cul de sac is a hidden gem. You will feel like you are holidaying on the beach itself, with nearly every room having stunning sea views. This beautiful three story house has a very large open plan kitchen, dinning and sitting room looking directly South opening out onto the sun terrace. It also has two additional balconies decadently furnished to watch the world go by. The house has three floors. It has a stunning top floor with top balcony. It’s bedrooms are all good sizes and furnished to facilitate two families very comfortably. The middle floor balcony accessed though the snug is such a comfortable spot for both dining and lounging. The ground floor has a large corner sofa and TV unit as well as dining and open plan kitchen with all the commodities. This house is perfect for two families to holiday together as it is less than a stones through to the stunning Hayling beach with safe swimming and lots going on to see and do. The house has space for off road 4 space parking. Access to the beach at the bottom of the garden. You do however have the house to yourselves to enjoy your holiday in peace. The house is less than five mins walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants of Eastoke. You can enjoy live music whilst eating fish and chips or an ice cream. We are also a very short walk to the Sandy beaches of the nature reserve. You can fish on the beach just outside the house, and Chichester harbour is know for its sea bass stock. There is a cycle path around the island itself an numerous fun stop offs on the way round like the fun fair, riding stables, farm shop and minute train line. You can hire, surf boards, paddle boards, and wind surfers and numerous places for lessons. There is so much to say and do, it’s a lovely family holiday. Once you arrive everything is within in walking distance. There is parking for 4 cars off the road. You are allowed one well behaved dog but please do keep it off furniture, and be responsible owners on the beach.
