Dolithel has recently been fully refurbished in a contemporary style and tastefully decorated to a very high standard, with all the comforts of modern living. Including a lovely big decked area to enjoy the views and dine ‘Al-Fresco’ . With central heating and double glazing. There is plenty of on and off road parking. The property is well suited for guests with mobility problems having bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. We are also dog friendly. Set on the edge of The Snowdonia National Park, Dolithel is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want. For those with families, miles of sweeping sandy beaches can be found in Tywyn, Fairbourne or Aberdovey. If you're into cycling or horse riding, there are numerous scenic places to ride. This is a walker paradise with Bird Rock & Cader Idris just a few minutes' drive away! If you're not the active type, then how about a ride on the Talyllyn Narrow Gauge Railway up to the mystical Dolgoch Falls? UPSTAIRS: Master Bedroom 3 (to the front) with laminate flooring, velux windows, king size bed, triple fitted wardrobe, six fitted drawers, dressing table and a bed side tables. Nice view of the front garden and communal green space in the cul-de-sac. En-suite shower room, fully tiled with cubicle shower, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 4 (to the rear) lovely views of the fields and mountains, with laminate flooring and two single futon beds. OUTSIDE: Private gardens to the side and rear of the property. There is a lovely new decked patio area with an electric ‘George Forman’ BBQ. Glass top table & six sun chairs to enjoy the lovely rural views and dine Al Fresco with fields & mountains in the background. Plenty of off road parking for 2-3 cars and level access. Snowdon is only 60 minutes by car and the beautiful Coed Y Brenin Wood, with miles of mountain bike walking tracks is just 30 minutes drive.Dont worry if you are not the active type, the effortless Mawddach Trail, featured in Julia Bradburys Great Railway Walks program, is accessible to everyone and takes you on a journey along one of the UK;s most spectacular estuaries, brimming with wildlife. There are miles of beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches, as well as many local attractions, such as the Talyllyn Narrow Gauge Railway, which steams from Tywyn up to the mystical Dolgoch Falls. Just a few miles around the stunning Talyllyn Lake towards Corris, is the world renowned Centre for Alternative Technology (or CAT) which is a fascinating place to visit and learn. Close to CAT is The Corris Craft Centre and King Arthurs Labyrinth, another must-visit place. Short breaks when available: Monday-Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights. There is a minimum charge of £350 for any stay. Prices inclusive of energy, wifi, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Cleaning fee of £49 applied to each booking. To accommodate an extra two there are two single futon beds, bedding supplied and £35 per person supplement applies. If you'd like to bring your pet, we require details of their age and breed before accepting and there will be a £25 per dog supplement. Changeover day is FRIDAY in the main season. It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.
