Grange de 70 m² avec charpente d'époque apparente dans toutes les pièces, constituée d'un rez-de-chaussée avec entrée, coin cuisine équipée (frigo/congélateur, cuisinière électrique, micro-ondes, évier, plan de travail), salle à manger, une salle d'eau avec douche (cabine de 1.20 m) et wc séparé. Un escalier vous conduit à l'étage où vous trouverez une grande chambre, avec vue vers la forêt landaise ! Vous pouvez vous détendre sur les terrasses extérieures (table de jardin, transats, hamacs, barbecue), la piscine (commune avec les propriétaires) ou sur l'ensemble de l'airial de 1.5 ha avec ses divers coins de détente à côté d'une rivière... Accès à la forêt directement depuis le terrain. La grange est située sur le terrain d'habitation des propriétaires (nous sommes une famille de deux adultes) et votre espace de vie extérieur est dos à notre terrasse extérieure. In the main floor you can find the entry, the kitchen (with electric oven/microwave and gas tabletop burners and fridge) and the eat-in kitchen with all equipment you need. You can also find the bathroom with a large sky-lit shower. At the first floor you can find the living room (with television) and the bedroom (double bed) with vue to the forest ! You can have wifi in the owners terrace. Outside in the garden you have a terrace with table, garden chairs, hammock and a BBQ. Our private family pool, is open to our guests, and you don't have to worry about noise jumping in unnoticed while you're at the cottage ! This renovated cottage is very cosy for two persons. Il y a un tennis municipal à 2 km, un club équestre à 10 km, un golf à 20 km, paint ball, accrobranche, plage fluviale, canoë, des sentiers pédestres ainsi que des rivières pour se baigner. Mont de Marsan: 15 minutes Réserve Naturelle d'Arjuzanx et sa plage surveillée: 15 minutes Eco-Musée de Marquèze: 15 minutes Dax: 30 minutes Océan : 50 minutes à 1h (Capbreton, Soustons, Vieux Boucau...) River and lac beach at 15 mins drive, where you can swim and kano. Horse riding is everywhere in the country. We are a frech family with grown children, we enjoy getting to know our guests and sharing our ideas and suggestions for visiting the area and having you join us for a cup of tea or a glass of wine ! We will be happy to answer your questions... However, we also understand if you want to be completely on your own and enjoy the privacy of the cottage and it's garden.
