La Vista Arroyo , a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment

La Vista Arroyo is a large (969 sq.ft) fully refurbished two bedroom apartment with beautiful views to the gardens , pool and the sea. It has the advantage of being very private and secluded , near to the train station , next to a supermarket and within 150 yards of bars and restaurants. It has high speed wifi , smart tv. The pool is open from June to september and is great for the family. The gardens are a paradise and well maintained. Special offers for 2021! The apartment is spacious with two double bedrooms and a full kitchen plus lounge/dining room plus a small outside terrace. It is fully furnished including towels and bed linen. It has views in two directions to the gardens and over Benalmadena to the sea. It is very quiet and because this is a residential building it is not suitable for single sex groups of party goers , it is more suited for families and couples Guests have use of the whole property plus the gardens and pool area. Dogs are not allowed in the gardens. We are available during the day for routine matters and 24/7 for emergencies Arroyo de La Miel has a real buzz , it is a Spanish town near to the beach (10 minutes drive , 15 minutes walk) , the Bar Rejas nearby does a great lunch and there are dozens of bars within a short walk. The trains take you straight to Malaga , the Airport or Fuengirola The train station is 5 minutes walk , and there are many buses to the beach and other nearby towns. There is no allocated parking but the community has a first come first serve parking area and you can park at Tivoli World nearby for 1 Euro per day (except Friday) There is no allocated parking but there is local street parking. We have very good wifi. The TV has Netflix and YouTube which carries international news channels such as Sky News and documentaries.
