Cosy country cabin, close to everything you need, or want to explore - whilst providing quiet and gorgeous country views. Showcasing several talented local artists who have adorned the cabin in their amazing paintings. There are heaters for a cosy winter night, or the Air-conditioning for those scorching summers. *Pets by consensual arrangement only. Additionally cleaning costs apply. Guests have the cabin facilities in private; with a lounge/dining area, kitchenette, bedroom/s and bathroom. There is a deck to relax on and overlook the scenery or the huge firepit to roast those important marshmallows (or cook breakfast). Guest BBQ area with BBQ and Pizza Oven. and NEW: Outdoor soaker tub. We live on the farm, and will be available to guests to 'help' or answer questions. You will have the privacy of the cabin and deck to yourselves, to soak in the huge bathtub, enjoy the views and quiet to hear the birds. Be sure to listen for the Kookaburra song each dawn and dusk! Set up in the rolling green hills yet less than 2k from the township, which is bursting with cafes and restaurants, and many craft and curio shops to choose and explore. Close to Coal Creek Village, which is free to visit. Loads of art and craft, and farmers markets on every weekend. We are only a short scenic drive to your choice of beautiful white beaches. Or bring your bikes or walking shoes to explore the start of the Great Southern Rail Trail. If it’s bush land you crave it’s a short drive to spend the day at Wilson’s Prom’ or in the Strezlecki National forest. Country bus line to Melbourne city, is only 2klm from the gate. Lots of car parking at the cabin, onsite. Great location for exploring nearby attractions by bicycle, or foot, including the Great Southern Rail Trail. Great reception for you to 'hot-spot' your Telstra/Optus internet.
