Centrally located, but quiet and private. This split level apartment is ideal for those visiting mid-wales for work, holidays or simply as a stopover en-route to another destination. Currently untenanted, the flat is available for Airbnb bookings and comes with all the basics for an enjoyable stay. The flat is for exclusive use of guests, consisting of downstairs bedroom (on second floor of building), upstairs is a large kitchen with dining table & sofa, & a bathroom with shower over bath. This is a split level apartment. The bedroom is on the lower level, the kitchen, bathroom and the master bedroom are on the upper level, the flat currently has no tenants but the master bedroom is not available to guests as it is due to be refurbished. You will find the apartment nice and private. It is also very quiet as it is at the back of the building. There is barely any road noise, and the large double glazed window overlooks a neighbouring garden. The room has a double bed, and a comfortable 2 seater sofa, along with chests of drawers, and a small wardrobe for clothes. Please note that the flat is on the second and third floors of a large victorian building, access is via stairs only. The flat is located in a large building of private flats, due to this fact on occasion it is possible to hear neighbours and/or movement in the communal stairwell. Please bear this in mind when booking. Make yourselves at home in your private flat, including bedroom, kitchen-diner and bathroom. We do not provide breakfast as the flat is yours exclusively to use, but please help yourself to a cup of tea or coffee! Guests are also welcome to bring/cook their own food and eat upstairs in the kitchen-diner, or in the bedroom if preferred. We will welcome you and show you around the flat, we can give you ideas on places to visit if you like, or leave you to it if you prefer. This flat is in a good central location close to the town centre (1 min walk) with its shops, pubs, and restaurants. There's public transport including trains and buses right down the road. There's also a supermarket opposite and a hospital 30 seconds walk away too. There is free on-street parking right outside. Use of the washer/dryer is not included.
