Set on the edge of Kings Worthy ideally situated 2 miles from the historic city of Winchester opposite open farmland. Country walks are right on our doorstep. The nearest bus stop which runs a regular “spring” service into Winchester is a minutes walk from the property. The Village has 2 pubs within walking distance also Cobbs farm shop and kitchen. Open plan living and dining area with a controllable heating thermostat. The bedroom has a king size bed with 100% cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, useful reading wall lights and hanging space. The ensuite bathroom has floor lights which are sensored, heated towel rail and shower with separate hand held spray attachment. The kitchen is fully equipped with your home from home kitchen ware and appliances with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and a bottle of wine or Prosecco. There is also a Smart TV.
