'Verre' is a family-friendly two-bedroomed gite in a complex of three gites in total, set in the peaceful hamlet of La Grue and five minutes away from the market town of Aigre with its supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shops. 'Verre' has a private, courtyard garden with barbecue and seating for six. There is a large, heated outdoor pool at La Grue in its own secure courtyard for all our guests to enjoy. There is a games field too. Our gites each have their own private courtyard garden with stone barbecues and outdoor seating. The swimming pool is located in its own walled courtyard with sun loungers and seating. There is a shared courtyard area for guests to socialise. We have an activity field with a selection of games provided. Guests can use our large, heated pool, our laundry area, games field and shared courtyard. We live across the road with our family so we're on hand if you need us and far enough away if you don't. La Grue is a peaceful hamlet set amongst rolling countryside with vines - ideal for cycling and walking. Our neighbours produce Pineau/Cognac and there's wine tasting nearby. Bike Hire Direct will deliver bicycles to your door, should you wish. A car is recommended.
