Public transport around the corner off St parking. 1.5km to CBD railway station & Ballarat's historic precinct Lydiard St. The house is bright with sunshine through out, with large roomy bed rooms with comfy queen sized beds, as well as plenty of off street parking for cars vans and even trailers if needed in the large fully enclosed yard. We are committed to and follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few Highlights: - We sanitse high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs & light switches. - We use cleaners & disinfectants approved by global health agencies & wear PPE (personal protective equipment) to help prevent cross contamination. - We clean each room using extensive cleaning checkclists. - We provide extra cleaning supplies so if you wish to clean as you stay. - We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. You will have the whole house and yard to yourselves. We love to greet our guests upon arrival though are also happy to offer self check in if preferred, you only need to ask. The house is situated in a very quiet little street in a residential area only minutes away from all of Ballarat's major attractions, renowned restaurants hospitals, Universities and other interesting places to explore. Public transport is only a few steps away in the next street with regular buses to anywhere around town as well as to the Ballarat Train Station which is only 1.6 km away. Electric blankets are provide on both Queen beds as well as a beautiful gas log fire in the lounge room to keep you toasty warm during the colder months. There is also split system air conditioning for your comfort during Ballarat's hot summer weather.
