Newly built rural home with views

As extension to our home, this property sits in 4 acres of land. It has a large living/dining area, a fully fitted open plan kitchen with a dish washer, microwave and a washing machine, 2 bedrooms 1 with double bed the other with twin beds. The large bathroom has a shower. You will be able to stay in the country while being surrounded by beautiful towns to visit, vineyards to explore and history to discover. Yet have amenities close at hand. You will have access to a BBQ The property also has a dishwasher as well as a washing machine. You can spend time wondering the grounds, playing with the dogs or feeding the goats. We will be on hand to offer whatever help is necessary. If you need advice as to what to visit, directions, where to eat, we will be there to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We do understand that some prefer privacy and we will respect that. We feel that the Tarn is one of the most beautiful regions of France and there are many amazing places to visit. There is stunning countryside, beautiful walks, rivers to visit, water parks, historic towns, medieval villages, summer festivals, local markets and so much more. There are restaurants that offer great value for money at lunchtime. For that special evening meal Albi has many restaurants to choose from. Beautiful historic Toulouse is great for a shopping experience or the Space Centre is a great fun day out. There is a bus service from the centre of Graulhet, ideal for a visit to Albi or Castres. The train service from Gaillac is a great choice for a visit to Toulouse. However since we are not in the town it is advisable to have your own transport which can easily be hired at the airport. We provide bed linen and towels. This property is not suitable for young children Please be aware that we do have dogs and cats, although they are not allowed in your holiday home, anyone with a fear of dogs will not be comfortable staying here.
