Beach house with big terrain space A seafront house near famous Carita area. The place has unique beach side atsmosphere located about 150km west of Jakarta. It is a relative near place where you and your family can feel home and comfort as stress relief from busy and bustling city life Jakarta. The area comprise of a single storey house built in 1980 with circa 2000m2 of open space area. The semi private sandy beach where you can soak during high tide, enjoy magnificent Krakatoa and its child during sunset. The place can also easily accomodate if you and your colleague would like to make any specially event such office team building, family camping or gathering. All these are yours! Stay comfort and enjoy the beach life A 2000m2 private area, easily accesible just beside the road. I occasionally work at remote sites, you could book the place minimum a day before arrival. The house staff lives near by the area. We are at the beach, but not forgetting surounding us. We also close vicinity to Gunung Haseupan for your trekking and hiking experience to Curug Gendang waterfall and mini Green Canyon look alike. For you who has extra passion in sports you can try the trail run, mountain/road biking and any other nature sports. Some peoples have chances to climb up to Krakatoa, it is 4 hours trip by fast boat. You can give try if situation permits. A boat arrangement needed upon request. Labuan fish market is just 8km from location, you can try have alook and buy fresh fishes with bargain prices. Our place is easy accessible from Jakarta: 1. By Toll Merak take exit Cilegon Barat and drive toward to Carita via Krakatau Steel Industrial area. 2. Toll Merak take exit Cilegon Timur, drive toward Carita via Cilegon outer ring road bypassing Industrial area. 3. Toll Merak exit Serang Timur toward Pandeglang, Mandalawangi and Carita 4. Toll Merak exit Serang Timur, take Jalan Raya Palka toward Anyer and Carita. Route 3 and 4 takes bit longer miles as an alternatives route 1 and 2 especially in holiday peak seasons. The beach area good enough for you and kids to soak. In front of us we have a good coral barrier that protect the terrain. We encourge our guest to protect them and our area as they provide so to us. Swim beyond the coral cliff area dangerous and prohibited.
