Sunnyside is a 300 year old Cob cottage which has been sympathetically renovated to retain its wonderful character whilst using modern, top quality furnishings and decor to enhance its appeal and comfort. The 2 double bedrooms are serviced by a 'Jack and Jill ' designed shower/toilet room. There is also a second toilet downstairs in the utility room. The cottage boasts 2 woodburners. The village has a pub, shop, cafe, butchers and church all within just a couple of hundred yards of the cottage. Please check out the photographs to see what is available inside. Things that aren't visible include; freeview TV, wifi fibre internet, DVD/Blue ray player. We, the owners, live just 5 minutes walk away and are happy to assist with any requirements our guests may have where possible. There is driveway/off street parking for 2 cars. St Teath is a friendly, well thought of village with equally respected facilities. It lies just 4 miles from the coast and Port Isaac (of Doc Martin fame). There are many places to visit in the North Cornwall area. Within just a few miles are several golf courses, horse riding, water sports etc. etc. We will greet you upon arrival to handover keys and show you around the cottage and answer any questions about the property and locality. We live close by and can therefor attend to any issues promptly and assist with any other problems/enquiries . St Teath has a great community spirit. The Pub is good for food and drink having a lounge side and a bar side and a rear garden area. The local butchers shop again is of good repute. The 'Church town' cafe is again a reputable establishment having come runner up in a 'best cafe' award. The local shop opens long hours and also contains a Post Office where you can readily draw cash from your Debit card without charge should you run short. The area is within just a short drive of numerous good beaches, coastal path, Bodmin Moor, Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Isaac, Rock, Padstow, Wadebridge, Camel trail etc etc. A car is a requirement really. Newquay airport is about 20 miles away. Bodmin Parkway rail station is about 15 miles away. To check more reviews for this property, please also checkout our listing with Trip Advisor.
