Comfortable Holiday Home in Castro Marina with a stunning view over the Adriatic Sea The house is located in Castro Marina, a small village on the Adriatic coast in the south east of Puglia. This two-storey house can accommodate comfortably up to 6 guests. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe. In the bigger room a baby bed can be added. The house offers 2 bathrooms, one with wc, bidet and bathtub and the other one with wc an shower. The living and dining area offers a dining table, with chairs and a sofa to relax or watch some Tv. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare yourself some tasty Italian dishes. The panoramic window which stretches almost over the whole length of the living room can create wonderful inside / outside experiences since you can open it half way up and create a floating space between the living room and the Seaview terrace. When the wind is right you can even see the Albanian mountains. The house has central heating which makes it possible to be rented even in winter to spend a nice and romantic time right on the sea. One true highlight of this house is the private access to the sea. Through a small corridor with stairs you reach small terrace on the rocky beach. Here you find some chairs and an umbrella to relax. This space is shared with family and our other guests. For the rest nobody has access there. Since t is a rocky coast it is just perfect spot to go snorkelling. all the environments, the garden and the terrace, private stairs to the sea We will help you out with anything you might need. We can give you Tips and inside knowledge. Just ask us :) The neighbourhood is really calm, since it is 5 minutes by foot far from the hectic Piazza and Harbour. All the houses left and right to yours are private and only rented to small groups. You can really enjoy the silence of the nature and the sounds of the sea. On the Piazza you will find a small supermarket, a pharmacy, bars and restaurants. Up in Castro Cittá you will find bigger grocery store and the castle to do some sightseeing. From Castro you can reach a lot of important and beautiful Beach resorts in no time. Sandy beaches are about 20min by car. no public transport, car necessary The house is located on a hillside and yu will have to make some stairs to get down to the sea. Basically the house is situated in the garden of our house, but with a private entrance and parking from the street above.
