Villa type T4, consisting of ground floor and 1st floor. The ground floor of this Villa consists of a huge fully furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils, a bathroom, laundry and a furnished suite with a private bathroom and wardrobe. The 1st Floor consists of a kitchen with pantry fully equipped with appliances and utensils, 2 bedrooms fully furnished with built-in wardrobes (one bedroom with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), 2 Common Bathrooms and a Suite fully furnished with Private bathroom and wardrobe. It has a parking space with capacity for 2 cars with access to the interior of the house and outside parking space. Fantastic outdoor space, with extensive garden, a salt swimming pool with excellent sun exposure to enjoy good moments of leisure with family and friends that complements the esthetic level of the house. At our Villa, we are favor the space of our guests, so that they feel as if they are in their own home. Check-in and check-out will be in person.
