Stylish apartment,lovely sea view, swimming pool.

A stylish relaxing apartment near (website hidden) a small complex ,Borgo Fiorito "Place of flowers " The gardens have fig ,olive and walnut trees .The sea views from the balcony and swimming pool are stupendous .A beautiful and peaceful place to stay . Enjoy authentic Italy incredible scenery and friendly locals . My apartment has a large bedroom with a king sized double bed and a large double with sprung mattress sofa bed in the living area. The practical kitchen / living area has patio doors leading onto a private furnished terrace with a stunning panoramic sea view, sunrise and sunset views ! The terrace is private and the apartment is not overlooked by others . There is a large infinity swimming pool with sea views and beautiful gardens ,hosting flowers, shrubs ,olive, fig ,lemon and walnut trees . A beautifully tiled bathroom has a shower, bidet and washbasin . Television , DVD player, books games and microwave are available . It is in a very peaceful area within electronic gates and there is free ,safe parking within the condominium in front of the apartment . The apartment is in a secure electronically gated complex with private parking beside the apartment . The large swimming pool is shared and has a panoramic sea view, it is open from 1st June until the 30th September. The beautiful gardens have fig , walnut and olive trees . This is a small private complex with 24 apartments and 11 villas each individually styled . I give my guests full information on the area by email and answer any questions or problems they have before they (URL HIDDEN) property management company will greet guests on arrival and provide keys and information on area and a local newspaper with information on local events and activities . They can organise courses and give my clients full information on the area. They will be available to support and help all of my clients during their stay . Everyone is friendly and the fruit and vegetable stall vendors pick the produce from the ground it is very fresh . The local pizzeria is also a great place to go for company and food and it is within walking distance . The train station is 1 km away and you can go anywhere on the train in Italy . The ferry to Sicily is 1 hours drive and you can take a ferry to the Aeolian Islands from Tropea which is 5 miles away . Calabria is called the "Coast of the God's " Costa Degli Dei ,it is so beautiful . I discovered it 7 years ago and I visit 5 times a (URL HIDDEN) apartment is for me a dream place and when I go there I relax completely and enjoy a relaxing Italian experience ,which is always fun .
