Quiet apartment in villa with pool

Nice and calm 50m2 apartment based in our villa. The apartment is totally independent. Swimming pool to share with us. The house is based in a quiet village 30mins from Nice, 20mins from Allianz Riviera stadium and 1h15 from the ski stations. This lovely apartment is independent with a private access. It's based on the ground level of our house. It includes: - a big bedroom (15m2) with a confortable brand new double bed (160/200cm). - a second bedroom close to the living room. It can be rather opened through the living room or there is a sliding door in order to close the room and to separate it from the living room. This second bedroom has also a confortable double bed (140x190cm). All the bed linen and bath towels are included in the price and will be provided on site. - a nice and spacious living room with a kitchen. - the kitchen is a part of the living room. It is fully equipped and includes an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, Nespresso and traditional coffee machines, a kettle and all the necessary for cooking and eating (plates, cutlery, glasses, thrifty, corkscrew, pots, pans, colanders , special dish oven etc). Please note that we also provide salt, pepper, sunflower oil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar. - the bathroom is very confortable with a shower and a private washing machine. Laundry products are provided as well as the shower gel and the shampoo. - independent WC, separated from the bathroom (toilet paper is provided) The apartment has an own private terrasse which is reserved for the use of our guests. The swimming pool area and the pool itself will be shared with us. The access is in the house is made by a secured door. Then the access in the apartment in totally independent. The guests can enter and leave whatever they want. We're a family of four, very outgoing and easy to live with. We will be happy to give some advices to our guests in order to discover the French Riviera and all the hidden gems of our beautiful area. A lot of maps, flyers and other documentation for the important places to visit will be provided on site. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. The village is beautiful and small. We highly recommend to have your own car. The parking on site is very easy, a lot of free parking places in front of the house. Bus stop nearby, but not often. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. It has a small private terrace outside the entrance to the apartment. The pool, dining area (barbecue, plancha) should be shared with the owners
