Apartment in family house with nice garden

Apartment is in a family house with garden in a small Austrian village close to Slovakian border, 15 km from Bratislava City center (15 minutes by car) and 50 km from Vienna (35 min.by car). Located in a beautiful valley of Male Karpaty in Danube region. Cycling and tourist possibilities as well as original local wine cellars. Possible to borrow bicycles, kites... In Kittsee, next village is possible to visit Chocolate factory and Castle or do the shopping in Parndorf Outlet. Whole apartment is 60 sqm. Available are 2 rooms (23 sq.m with double bed and 13 sq.m with 2 separate single beds), bathroom, shower, separate toilet and equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, grill, el.can. You can use the garden open house for having a rest or barbecue. In the hot summer is in the apartment nice stabile temperature 22-23 degrees without air-condition. For your safety I apply ozone disinfection in the whole apartment before each guest visit. Available for you is the whole appartment: 2 rooms, shower, toilet, bathroom, kitchen, corridor, garden, garden house. Free parking is possible on the street in front of our house, there is a place for you. We are married couple, our children left to live with their partners in Bratislava, so we are pleased to host our guests. During your stay we are available in mornings and afternoons and during weekends for your questions or trips advice and of course allways via airbnb portal. Speaking Slovak, English, partially German and Russian. Our house is close to the end of village, fields, forest, cycling and nice walking routes. Close to Bratislava (by car it is 15 minutes) I recomend to come by car, as the public transport is quite poor. Our house is 5 km from Austrian A6 highway and 10km from Slovakian D1 and D2 highway. For cycling there are prepared for you 2 bicycles just for 5.- Eur/ day per bicycle. Behind the house is possible to play badminton - please ask for the equipment rent for free.
