Beach retreat

My home is just over a 1km from one of the best beaches in Western Australia. It helps to have a car to enjoy all that Perth has to offer but public transport is available close by. I have travelled extensively so I know the importance of having a home away from home. You have a private room and access to the lounge room and outdoor area. I will welcome you to my home and then show you around. It will depend on my commitments during your stay on how much interaction there will be. I will give you as much information about my home city Perth as I can to make the most of your stay. I live in a very friendly and safe neighbourhood. You will be able to walk to the local shops, beach and parks. Public transport is close by or I may be able to drop you to the train station sometimes. A hire car is probably the best way to explore Perth and its surrounds. There is a laundry for you to wash your clothes but you will have to dry your clothes naturally as I have no dryer.
