With well appointed fixtures, fittings and appliances you can relax on the comfortable leather couch, settle in and prepare yourself a beautiful meal in the gourmet kitchen with excellent produce from the Adelaide Central Market. Don't feel like cooking then just step out the door and enjoy the Cafe's, Restaurants and Bar's just seconds away on lively Melbourne Street. We have a quiet balcony that you kick back and relax in and enjoy a bottle of wine available from a leading Wine Cellar two doors away. You will have full access to the studio 18 apartment. Our studio includes a designated car parking spot and is walking distance to parks, trails and public transport at the door. We offer self check-in and your convenience via our lock box. Melbourne Street is a street situated in the Adelaide suburb of North Adelaide, South Australia. It is the main commercial area of the second-largest of the three grids that comprise North Adelaide. It was named after William Lamb, 2nd Viscount Melbourne (after whom Melbourne is also named), who was British Prime Minister when the South Australia Foundation Act received parliamentary approval. Melbourne Street is bracketed by Brougham Place and Mann Road and runs in a north-easterly direction. It principally consists of cafes, restaurants, boutique businesses and retail shops. The street also contains many colonial-era buildings. Two of the well-known buildings on the street are The Old Lion Hotel, which was built as part of a brewery and is now a fashionable public house, and Buffalo Cottage, which was built in 1851. The apartment is 10 meters away from the Adelaide Metro bus stop. CBD is a beautiful 15-minute stroll through parkland. Studio 18 is easy walking distance to the Women's and Children's Hospital, Adelaide Oval for sporting events, The Torrens River. The apartment is situated on the first floor with a set of stairs to reach the door. There are no elevators. There is a Wine Cellar 2 doors down that carries some fantastic Barossa Wines also for coffee lovers we have First Pour Coffee just 2 minutes away - which is rated top 5 in South Australia. Melbourne Street is also walking distance to the CBD with beautiful Botanical Gardens at your reach. The Adelaide Cricket Ground, AFL Oval, Fringe, WOMADelaide and Woman's and Children's Hospital are also walking distance.
