Beachside studio

A quiet secluded beach house, walk on the beach in peace and quiet, fresh air and sunshine. The studio is close to beaches with a short stroll to 3 of them. A huge space, a comfy bed, quiet street, private, bush garden with the sound of birds.. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. In summer there is a beach cafe and on weekends a Spanish restaurant just down the road. There are cafes for breakfast and bars within a 10min walk. The extra large beachside studio is nestled in a bush garden with 10m of trees between the front window and the road. The street is extremely quiet, you will barely see a person walk by all day long. There are blinds on the back windows as well, but if you prefer you can simply look out at nature. People do live upstairs and you may hear them, though its generally very quiet. The bathroom is brand new as is the kitchen. You can sit out in the court yard and enjoy some sunshine and listen to the birds. Enter around the back of the house (left hand side of the garage door - go through the wooden gate), I will arrange for it to be unlocked for your arrival. Happy to help with whatever you need. There are cafes available for breakfast and coffee in Wentworth Street and at the beach in summer time. Groceries are available at Port Grocer in Wentworth street or Warrawong shopping centre. Walk or short drive away. There is a bus at the bottom of the hill and a train 20min walk away. A bike track is very close and the whole coastal area is accessible on pushbike. If you love the beach, the bush and your own quiet place to unwind or rest on a road trip, the space is perfect.
