Jimmy's place No. 4

Welcome to Jimmy's place - Apartment No.4, which we tried to make as cozy and comfortable as possible. The kitchen has all you might need, the double bed upstairs has new linen and hypoallergenic pillows. Air condition is of course available free of charge. We hope you will come and visit us on Samos sometime... :) Jimmy's place is nice, simple, quiet place, in the centre of Ormos. The marina is only few steps, and to the beach it takes about 1 minute walk. Our studio apartments are run by our family, and we all do our best to make you feel as comfortable and welcome, as possible. You will have your own key to the apartment, but you can enjoy yourself also in the garden. We fixed nice seating area, where you are surrounded by flowers, in shade of lemon and pomegranate trees, and possibly in company with one of our cats, that we take care of in the garden. You also find a small laundry room, where you can put your own washing, and also find some things that previous guests left for you. Upstairs is shelf, with few books... Take a look and grab a book... :) We have right next to Jimmy's place our family run pizzeria called Pizza Cave, which we open for the summer season. You will find us there any from 8:00 am till 12:00 pm (and sometimes longer, if you would like to join us for couple of beers, chat and sometimes even music... :)) Ormos Marathokampou is beautiful small traditional fishing village, with marina, where you find pretty colourful fishing boats. You can also find the fisherman in the morning, and get yourself nice fresh catch. Ormos has nice variety of taverns and restaurants, as well as bar, cafe and even a night club. So you will be able to enjoy the pure Greek life as well as the fun tourist life... Of course the unspoiled beaches and green nature is all around here... :) There are few car rental places, which provide small cars, jeeps, quads, bikes, scooters and bicycles. We always recommend to rent some kind of vehicle, so you can freely explore the island, mountains, caves and beaches. If you prefer walking, that is of course an option, but you won't explore as much of the island. Taxi is available, but can be a little bit pricey. Bus runs twice a day. And if you feel adventurous, you can hitch hike around the island as well. It is totally safe. :)
