Our luxury eco-cabin is nestled on the edge of a wooded area on our farm that is frequently visited by deer and wild turkeys. As you relax on the deck, you can watch the sunset reflect onto the Skimmerhorn mountain range. You feel out-of-the-way in this property, yet you are only 15 minutes from town. Quiet, tranquil yet accessible. The cabin itself is a new build (2021) and off-grid making it an ideal choice for sustainable travel. The modern decor combined with the quiet location make this a perfect retreat for both couples, families, and travelers. Please be aware that the cooking facilities are outside which can be challenging if it's raining. However, there is a guest booklet in the cabin that recommends local places to eat. You are welcome to wander around our farm grounds We live on the property in a tiny home and are available. We live in an area of the Creston Valley called Lister. It is extremely quiet, mainly farmland and usually hay crops. It is a pleasant area to walk around and we can direct you on our favourite hikes. I love to ride my bike to the local, organic dairy to meet the cows or visit Lister Park where we play Frisbee golf. There is no public transport. You need your own car or bike. The cabin has an outdoor BBQ and cook top. We also have an air fryer, slow cooker and instapot available to lend guests during their stay. Tea and coffee are provided.
