Cunningham street consist of a fully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 living and 1 bathroom, separate toilet home with a built on fully lined shed offering 5 bedrooms (all with split systems), 2 showers, separate toilet, laundry and large living area. There is plenty to keep the children occupied with a large grass area in the fully fenced backyard, swing set and cubby house to provide hours of entertainment. BBQ located on site for guest to enjoy. Lock box provided with key for access to home. Available by text or phone anytime if need be. Our small country town has so much to offer for all ages, with our large local playground, skate park, coffee shop, award winning bakery, 7 day supermarket, 2 local pubs, butcher, take away shop and so much more located in the main street - a nice 5 minute walk from the front door. Enjoy a hit of golf at our picturesque golf course or a picnic at the beautiful Bowmans Park. Walking trail located 2 minutes from home. Our house is pet friendly, however we ask that pets are kept off the furniture and beds please. The back yard is fully fenced and secure so your pets are safe.
