Kesar Villa - 3bhk with a Private Pool and Garden

This is a lovely 3 bhk with amazing views, in Lonavala. A fully furnished villa that comes with all amenities that a family requires for a comfortable stay. The house is situated in a plot that is over an Acre with big gardens all around. We have a full-time caretaker and cook available at the bungalow. The house is fully furnished and has a private pool for each villa. Its a 1 acre plot with 2 villas, both right in front of each other. Both villas have their own private pool and gardens. Let me walk you through the villa: The villa has 3 big bedrooms, a private pool, Large balconies, huge lawns, a sit out bonfire and an option to barbeque. Bedroom: - There is 1 bedroom on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. - The villa comprises of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms - There are balconies attached to all the bedrooms. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available Living area: - The villa has 2 living rooms one on the ground floor next to the pool and the other on the first floor with a large balcony - It is well-lit and tastefully furnished - There is a 6-seater dining table for the guests Bathrooms: - The villa has 4 private bathrooms. - 3 bathrooms have geysers for hot water supply Pool: - The villa has a private chemical free pool. - 11.5 Feet Width x 24 Feet Length. - The pool is 4.50 ft. deep - Children must always be supervised by adults in the main pool -There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around. Lawn: - The property has a large, spacious lawn area with a verandah and there are multiple spots to lounge in - Outdoor sitting arrangement is available for guests Guests can access all areas of the house but should stay out of the caretakers residence. Terrace is LOCKED for safety reasons. Swimming pool can be accessed till 10:30 p.m at night. As I stay in Mumbai I will not be available when you rent the bungalow but I will be available over phone and email. My caretakers are very good with their job and will be delighted to look after you during your stay. Varsoli is a location near the old Mumbai-Pune highway and unlike town it is not full of buildings all around. There is very little construction, therefore, one can take in the magnificent weather of the area properly. Located just at a distance of a few hundred meters away from the highway it provides excellent connectivity to both Mumbai and Pune. Electricity is at the mercy of the state government and nature. Our power cuts are infrequent but do happen and are beyond our control. Sometimes on Thursday there is load shedding of 3 hours. We have an invertor which sustains basic electric appliances (Ceiling Fan, Light & Phone charger) Getting around is always best done with your own vehicles as the area is touristic and rickshaws and taxis charge heavily. Please treat the house as your own and take care of everything as it is the labor of our love. Our staff is present at the villa 24/7 for security purposes. Refundable deposit of 4000/- has to be submitted at check in. we have a lot of dhabas and restaurants around for food delivery. Cooking at the property IS NOT allowed, only infant food, tea & coffee can be prepared. Hiring the cook has an extra charge depending on the number of guests. Extra guests visiting or staying will be charged 2000/- per person PLEASE NOTE - Electricity is at the mercy of the state government and nature. We have an invertor which sustains basic electric appliances (Ceiling Fan, Light & Phone charger) Monsoon Note - Due to Heavy rains and repetitive cyclonic showers, we do have dampness/humidity in a few walls of the property, we assure our guests that this doesn't hamper with their stay & experience.
