Traditional village among the trees with view in the sea and the mountains with ideal weather condiotions In our island Lefkada, famous for its beautiful beaches, at the foot of the mountain between two windmills and in one of the island's most picturesque villages, Kavallos, you can find our charming home. Its ideal amphitheatrical location allows visitors to have a wide view to the sea along with the rich flora of the area, which is characteristic of the village. The village location gives visitors the opportunity to spend some hours walking on its stone-paved alleys, to meet the traditional architecture of the area through its preserved old houses as well as to visit the Kontomihio Laographic Museum. Kavalos' Anna's Home is only 15 minutes by car from the city of Lefkada and 20 minutes from Agios (Saint) Nikitas beach, suitable for accommodation very close to nature but also very close to the city of the island as well as to many other beaches. The amazingly beautiful beaches of the island (Porto Katsiki, Kathisma, Agios Nikitas), in combination with the special geography of the island, make the island of Lefkada an ideal destination for restful and fulfilling vacations. Visitor Access The village is easily accessible by low cost means of transport (2 euro) per ride. Other Information In close proximity of the home there is a grocery store for necessities. A bit further from the village, you will find a small market town where you can cover any needs at a Gas Station, Pharmacy, Super Market, Bakery and many Taverns where you can enjoy traditional food with homemade wine. Free parking area outside the house -very close to the public transportation (5min on foot)
