Geddings Farm Barn
Geddings Farm Barn is a wonderfully light and spacious barn conversion overlooking open farmland. The barn provides a great space for family gatherings with a vast kitchen/dining space incorporating a table that will comfortably seat all twelve guests. Three of the bedrooms are downstairs with the convenience of all five bedrooms having en-suite facilities (one bedroom with en-suite is situated in a separate annexe across the courtyard from the main house). There is a games room with air hockey and table football at the top of the spiral staircase in the main house and a pool table in the annexe offering plenty of entertainment on rainy days. Large windows make you feel as if the outside is inside and, with wonderful open views, you can sit and enjoy the huge Norfolk skies. The barn has many original features including large exposed 'A' frame vaulted ceilings and exposed brickwork. Geddings Farm Barn is only one and a half miles from the beach at Old Hunstanton. Additional Information Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). Sorry, no cats are allowed at the property. Bathroom Adjacent to the master bedroom is a private bathroom comprising of bath with shower over, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom two Bright super king-size room with vaulted ceiling. Outside: There is a lovely garden overlooking open farmland to the rear which is fenced on all sides.There is a charcoal barbecue and plenty of space for games. To the front is a tarmac courtyard with ample parking for several cars. The barn is approached by a long shingled driveway from the road. Ringstead is a very popular village, it boasts the acclaimed Gin Trap Inn and the lovely village shop which supplies organic produce and has an interesting selection of wines to choose from. There is also a children's playground with small bike ramp for little ones and access to some fabulous walks; Peddars Way, Courtyard Farm, Ringstead Downs and more. Situated less then two miles from the stunning beaches of Old Hunstanton, Thornham and Holme with Titchwell Nature Reserve close by too.
