This unique space is the perfect getaway, situated on the waikato river, straight off the main road situated 10 mins from Hamiltons largest shopping centre (the base) Right next to TeAwa cycleway for those adventures needing a well deserved soak in a hot tub and a place to put up your feet for a night. Laundry facilities can be used on request.. I am always a phone call away and am usually home in the dwelling next door for any help or a quiet beer. This is a great place to live as the river views speak for themselves! Security cameras are situated around the perimeter of the property to ensure everyone's security. Also the bathroom is outdoors and the toilet is a chemical toilet. There is a garage next door which is locked up and not accessible to guests. (this can be seen in the profile pictures. The outdoor areas and bath is only used by the guests when staying.
