Marchyland

Marchyland is unique peacfull cotagge,farm house by the river Krka,with her own 40m beach,last in a raw with only one neighbour 100m away)of small village of rural Slovenian ex panonian sea wich was in the past here.Time here,just stopes.Perfect for get away from fast life,you can swim on nice Krka river,play badminton,table football,picado,barbeque also with typical balkan way with Sač,or smooker grill,or hard stone grill.l m a camper 25 years and in here it feels like camping,enyoi my friends l really like to take care for all the good popel of the world.l can make great party for you,l m also a Dj and collector of vinyls.I own also hippy van and we can go arround Slovenia to check beautifull hidden places in nature.l work in ER but in free time l also conservate and restore vintage ittems and take care for Marchland,wich is my pride and joy,it really presents my soul amd l really love to share it with all good positive people of the globe..trust me,we will become really good friends and your are allways welcome at Marchyland. Marchyland land is placed in rural Slovenian land wich reminds me of an old Ex Balkan farm villages,it is really time travel back.Sometimes the farmers around the cotagge house take care for the land and there can be some smell(in this case if it to strong for you we will discust about price,becose we cannot have control over it,but we can go to some traveling with hippy van or even discust over (Website hidden by Airbnb) (Website hidden by Airbnb) is away from roads just on the other side of a river,about 300m away there is Highway wich can be heard slightly driving noice,but after hour or two you won't hear anything.Otherwise,the location is really good for connection-Ljubljana and Zagreb are 75km away,also airways connection in both cities. Near there is also fish growing shop(2km),nearest Grocery shop is about 5km away,Novo mesto with huge shoping centre about 10km,if you will wan't or need a car l can borrow my car to travel around no problem. Brothers and sisters l really looking forward to meet you..let this be a last sentence..and sorry for my english it is not so great but it is from my heart :-)
