Fully self contained with microwave, hotplate, good kitchenette. Washing machine in bathroom & drying space outside. Use of clothes dryer can also be arranged We have rental cars, enquire for details. Parking on site. NOTE: No TV provided, just a Blue Tooth speaker to play your devices through. Stretcher beds and cot available. La Casita entry door is screened off externally for privacy. There is a combined living room/dining and kitchenette. There is a separate bedroom with a free standing wardrobe and mirror and a separate ensuite with W.C. There are 2 stretchers and one cot available. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults aged 17+, 2 children aged 2-16 and 1 infant < 2 years When selecting No of guests, include adults + children aged 2-16 in your booking, advise us what stretchers or cot you would like set up, complete with linen. Stretcher beds and cot can be set up in bedroom or living room as space allows. There are comfy armchairs to relax and read or have your coffee. The kitchenette has the conveniences of a coffee pod machine, induction hot plate, electric skillet, sandwich maker etc. A good size fridge can store all your perishables Late check out is usually available by arrangement. Parking area is at top of driveway, level walk to the unit. No steps. Back out of driveway or do tight 3 point (or 5 point) turn around. We are happy meet and greet the guests but quite comfortable if guests would just like to pick up keys from the lockbox. You are welcome to ring our front door bell or ring our mobiles at any time. Your parking space is on the left as you enter the main parking space at the top of the driveway, then you walk across the parking area to the screened off door. See the sign, "La Casita" It is a quiet neighbourhood with trains 300 metres away so you may or may not notice them in the night. The railway station is an easy 8 minute 600 metre walk. Art gallery is 650 metres away and is highly regarded. The lake and shared pathway is 300 metres. Trains and buses are available. There are pushbikes here that you can use and a great shared pathway that you can ride or walk around the top of the lake. Just take a picnic 300 metres down to the lakes edge and enjoy the tranquility The Museum of Art and Culture Lake Macquarie is only a 10 minute walk and they have high quality exhibitions
