Retreat to this cosy home after a busy day of activities exploring the Waikato Region. Just 5 minutes drive to the center of Hamilton, you'll find a newly renovated home with everything you need to relax and a wonderful view over the city. With spacious, high stud living areas, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a well established leafy garden and outdoor area, this home has it all. Unlimited Wifi; Smart TV, great local coffee and a comfy couch to relax and read a book on. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished, two bedrooms have queen beds with the smaller third room having a king single. All linen, blankets and towels provided. There is a wood burner in the lounge for those extra chilly nights and underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is plenty of parking on site, with at least two cars able to fit in the driveway, and another two cars on the street This home is standalone, and you'll have the entire place to yourselves. However if you have a need I am easily contactable by phone or email. The property is walking distance to shops, the local famous Sugar Bowl Cafe, transport, and parks. There are also biking tracks close by, the base shopping center and the property is close to Mystery Creek - not to mention Raglan, Mt Pirongia, Te Aroha and Mt Maungatautari all within a 1 hour drive. There are great river walks to explore by foot or bike along the Waikato River. The internationally recognised Hamilton Gardens are also only a short drive away. Further afield, you'll be in Raglan within 40 minutes and Te Aroha Mineral Hot Springs in 45 minutes. The home is 25 minutes drive from Hamilton Airport, 1 hour 20 minutes from Auckland International Airport and 30 minutes to Cambridge. If you're off to the Fieldays, Mystery Creek is 25 minutes drive away. There is a bus stop just around the corner and sometimes there are Lime Scooters parked up for you to use! There is a spiral staircase inside the house which leads down to the garage and is quite steep. This will have a child safety gate to prevent children from going down the staircase. Please do not remove this gate. I do have a washing machine that is available on request for you to use if you are staying longer than 5 nights.
