Country house, perfect for families or small groups that want to relax and have their privacy while visiting the beautiful Castelli Romani area or Rome. There are a big bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with twin beds. In both of them you will find: a balcony, a wardrobe, a desk and air conditioning. You will also have one bathroom, only for you and your group. There is also a nice living room that you can use, and all these areas are only for you, there is no one else in the house. The kitchen is deattached but still inside the property (less than 1-minute walk). You may have to share it with other people, but this rarely happens. This house is inside of a property with vineyards and olive trees. You will have plenty of space to walk and to park your car. It is easy to reach with public transport (train + bus\ metro C + bus). The bus stop is in front of the property. With the train you can reach Rome city center (Termini) in 25 minutes, with the metro you can reach Rome city center (San Giovanni) in 25 minutes, and it will only cost 1.50 Euros. You are free to walk around inside our property and enjoy the nature, just be mindful if and when driving because there may be cats or kids playing. You will guaranteed to have your privacy since the whole house is for you, but there are a few people living in other houses still inside the property. -No pets allowed
