Room 1 - Airbnb house in Horwich with double bed.

Built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) this house is a Tardis. It’s a lot bigger inside than it looks from the outside. It’s on a main road, with great transport links, but at the quieter end. Horwich Town Centre has many many pubs and restaurants. Bolton Town Centre is only 5 mikes away and Manchester City Centre around a 20 minutes drive away. There is a bus stop 30 seconds walk from the house and 3 nearby train stations. Middlebrook Retail Park is just around the corner; it’s walkable. I work in Cambridgeshire and come home some weekends. The house may be shared with other Airbnb guests as there are 3 other bedrooms listed. You’ll have your own double bed and share the main bathroom (power shower only, no bath) with 2-3 others but there is another WC on the same floor to use too, so there should be no queuing! Let me know if you need any towels/toiletries before your arrival. As much or as little as you want! Please remember that the house has 5 Airbnb bedrooms so there may be others in the house with you. Bedroom doors do not have locks on them. The locals and neighbours are all very friendly. Walkable to local shops (Sainsbury’s and CoOp too). Main shops 20 minutes walk. There’s a bus stop nearby and 3 local train stations. Manchester City Centre isn’t very far from Horwich. There are cats living at the house too. The cleaner comes once a week to empty bins, clean the communal areas and vacuum the rooms. I do ask that you clean the shower after yourself though. If there are any issues (light bulb goes, need a towel, etc) then please message me either via here or by text/ (Hidden by Airbnb) . Please remember that I work in a school so cannot always answer my phone so a message is better as I get alerts on my watch. I will try to get issues dealt with on the same day. The front door key is a special key, only available to order online. If you lose your key then you’ll be liable for a £20 plus postage charge to replace it. (There’s WiFi at the house, don’t forget to ask for the login/password on arrival.)
