The apartment consists of: A beautifully decorated living room, that includes a foldable couch fitting up to 2 people for sleep and a dining table. A well-equipped kitchen. One bedroom with a 160cm wide bed. In the passage between the bedroom and the bathroom, you will find a wardrobe, so you don't have to worry about storage space for your luggage and clothes. One spacious bathroom with a basin, a bathtub, and a washing machine. One separately accessible lavatory. Experience the unique Viennese feeling in this new contemporary refurbished and designed 58 square-meters apartment situated in a historic and elegant building, built in 1887. The amazing location at "Schottentor" gives you the opportunity to discover the city and the main sights by walking. The whole apartment will be on your personal and private disposal throughout the whole time. We are a team of 4 people, taking care of your needs during you stay. We are available through phone, Airbnb messenger or Email. Please note that we can only answer message during our office hours (10 am until 5 pm), please call us if there are any emergencies. "Alsergrund" is the name given to the 9th district of the city of Vienna. Among the locals it is known for its many buildings of the Viennese university as well as restaurants and hip cafés, which have specialized in catering for students. Due to its proximity to the 1st district, it is also very recommendable for tourists, as you can explore the central district comfortably on foot. Nearby connection to the public transport network via the underground station Schottentor with the lines U2 as well as the tram lines 1, 71 & D - about 200 meters away. Check-ins are possible starting from 3 pm. The key will be placed in a key box in front of the apartment, the check-in instructions will be sent to you one week before arrival, if you have filled out our online guest form. Please note that check-out is latest until 11 am. You can either give our staff in the office the keys for the apartment or you can just drop the in the check-out post box, which is mounted on the entrance door to our office. Our office is located on the ground floor, in the same building as your apartment. Our office hours are from 10 am until 5 pm. Please note that we can only answer messages during our office hours, in case of emergency please call our office number.
