It is a short drive away from the sandy beaches and close to historic towns and quaint medieval villages. It consists of an open kitchen/diner/lounge, double bedroom, main bathroom, a 2nd bedroom with one bunk bed, a sofa bed on a mezzanine level and ensuite loo, 2 balconies, a private garden and garage. It is strategically located, between Fano and Senigallia, and close to medieval villages like Corinaldo, Mondolfo, Monterado, Mondavio, Gradara, San Marino. It is a perfect base for someone who wants to explore the beautiful landmarks of the Marche region. Sandy beach is a 5 minute drive away. Our place perfectly suits couples seeking a romantic holiday. It is also great for families with kids - it has all safety features and has a spacious balcony and a garden below. Play mat, and some toys are also available for families with kids, upon request. Travelers can access all parts of our home, except one wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom. A big wardrobe is available in the main bedroom which is all accessible. Plenty of books to read, deck chairs in balcony, TV, modern rustic kitchen which is fully equipped. Coffee, tea and goodies are free of charge. Kids' equipment available. We are always available to help and provide suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the area. Garage available and off-street parking is always available. Possibility of wi-fi connection, by using a portable modem at no extra charge but with some dara traffic limitations.
