Queen & single rooms in mod. house - Bed & Break.

My place is close to the university (U.S.Q.), parks, art and culture, and the city centre. I'm straight across the road from Gabbinbar Homestead (Weddings!!!) You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, including the pool in summer, the neighbourhood, and the people. I provide an excellent cooked breakfast for my guests. My place is good for couples, large wedding groups, solo adventurers, families and business travellers. I live on site in a small section of the house. I have six bedrooms (4 Queen and 2 twin rooms), as well as a Queen Airbed, with private sleeping space, if required. There is a large, covered outdoor area for relaxing near the fenced-off swimming pool. Guests are able to use all areas of the house, however, the large kitchen area, which can be used for coffee/tea making, eating take-away or heating food in the microwave, is NOT available for cooking purposes. I am on site to help guests, if needed, as well as to provide a substantial, cooked breakfast. I am approximately 6 minutes drive to the university, directly across the road from Gabbinbar Homestead (weddings), and close to the city centre.
