The unit is fully furnished at a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms with a refrigerator, a gas stove, a dish washer and a water purifier, and the laundry room is installed with a washer and a dryer. Wi-Fi is also available inside the unit. The place is located near by the rodeo street in front of the walk-thru gate of Camp Humphreys. There are a lot of small shops and restaurants, and a performance hall in the rodeo street so you can enjoy its unique atmosphere mixed with some military culture coming from the military camp. You can park your car at the basement parking area. You can contact your host any time. You can enjoy eating and shopping in your building or the rodeo street. In the spring and autumn Mato Festival takes place every weekend with some events at the performance hall. In early June every year the local community opens a joint-festival with the military camp with the catch-phrase saying “We go together”. You can also enjoy hiking at the historical site called “Nongseong” that is a fortress made of soil thousand years ago. There are very nice bike roads both sides of the river and the lake Pyeongtaek, where you can enjoy some outdoor activities as well. An inter-city bus is available at Incheon Airport, which would take 60~90 minutes to Pyeongtaek, depending on the traffic. If you take a metro-train at Seoul Station, it will take 90 minutes and the regular train takes 50 minutes to Pyeongtaek Station. You can take the intra-city bus # 20 at Pyeongtaek Station and it will take you to the place in 10~15 minutes. Otherwise you can take a taxi that costs about KRW7,000. 1) No smoking inside the unit and the building. 2) The pets are not allowed inside the unit and the building. 3) Two kinds of trash bags should be used per the guideline and the garbage area is located nearby the entrance of the basement parking. 4) The Wi-Fi password is placed on the router.. 5) The pass-code of the unit will be provided at your check-in.
