Nearby towns of Chesham & Amersham have transport links into London and offer a host of restaurants and shops. The Chilterns AONB is well renowned among walkers. We are convenient for The Harry Potter studios (20 min drive) The property is self contained and totally separate from the owner's house so you can come and go as you please. There is a private outdoor seating area and table for dining out. Charcoal bbq available in summer months. Free wifi is available with a dining table/ desk. Breakfast is a selection of cereals, fresh bread and preserves. Toaster and sandwich maker. Shared utility room attached to the main house where you can use the microwave and egg-boiler. The property is self contained offering private access. Self check in available. I am around a lot of the time but not 24/7. You can always message me if I am not around and will always do my best to help. We live in a the beautiful Chiltern hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. We are on section 20 of the Chiltern cycle way and there are many lovely walks from the doorstep. The local pub, which serves food Tuesdays-Sunday has excellent reviews, is just under a 15 minute stroll. You can walk through the woods or along the road. The Village shop is next door to the pub. It is a small non profit making village shop set up by the villagers and it sells all the essentials including wine beer and some spirits. Opening hours Monday- Friday 7.30 am- 4pm Sat 8am-12.30 Sunday 9am-12 noon. The South Bucks path is a 20–30-minute walk and there are two lovely pubs in Little Missenden. There is also a pleasant walk through woods and fields into old Amersham. Amersham on the Hill, Old Amersham and Chesham offer a wide variety of restaurants and take-aways. Chesham and Amersham are on the Metropolitan line, both just over 2 miles away, will take you to Baker Street. We have chickens (no roosters!) and two small cocker spaniels, Rosie and Ciara both are friendly, but do not go into the space. We are on a popular cycling route and there is a short woodland walk from the property to the South Bucks way. Please note we do not accept infants or children under 12
