Melrose - Entire house in Cornwall

Welcome to our former family home, a 4 bedroom property set in the heart of Mid Cornwall just minutes from the A30. Located in the popular village of Bugle where you will find all the amenities you need for an enjoyable break, the south coast is a short 15-minute drive and the world-famous Eden Project is just 3 miles away. If surfing is your thing Newquay and the north coast with its world-class beaches is a 15 mile drive. Our house makes a lovely base to explore all Cornwall has to offer! Our house has 3 double bedrooms and a small single bedroom upstairs along with a bathroom. Downstairs you will find the lounge with 50 inch widescreen tv with free view, dining room and kitchen. At the rear of the house we have parking for up to three cars and a pleasant lawned back garden where you can spend the evenings sitting in the sun. Guests have access to the whole of the house including the back garden. Petra and I will be available during your stay should you have any enquiries. Just a hundred yards from our property is The Bugle Inn where you will find local beers and a varied menu for lunches and evening meals. The village also has a shop, a Chinese Takeaway, a Fish and Chip Shop and a Social Club. There are lots of walking/cycling trails around Mid Cornwall as well as the SW Coast Path.
