The Green Self contained

You can stay here with exclusive use of pool area. Bright and spacious accommodation in a quiet setting only 4 kms to the beach and 1.2 kms to shopping centre. You have your own kitchen complete with cooking utensils to prepare meals. Included crockery, cutlery, cups, glasses, toaster, kettle, fridge/ freezer, pots and pans. This property would not be suitable for children for safety reasons. We welcome guests to stay in our self contained unit with separate entry connected to our home. You have a bedroom with an ensuite and walk in robe, full kitchen to prepare meals. A spacious lounge room to relax or watch television with direct access and use of the heated pool. (Heated in summer) Access to self contained accommodation consisting of bedroom, kitchen, lounge and backyard alfresco via double garage. We are happy to assist you if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. You have seperate entry and exit to accomodation. Our interaction will be when you arrive and when you leave as much as possible. The street is fairly quiet and the houses are mostly all spaced out on 4000 square metre blocks. Neighbourhoods do have chickens, sheep, goats etc time to time. A short walk to local shopping centre where you’ll find takeaway food, Coles, Aldi, cafe, doctor, pharmacy, hairdresser and nail salon. Getting around can be by bus to Fremantle or bus to Cockburn Train station where you can travel north to Perth or south to Mandurah. Ride share is available in the area. You will enter and exit through garage with remote control and enter through sliding glass doors with a key provided. You can receive online deliveries via your entrance. Coles online, Uber eats etc
