Spacious apt with pool, private garden & sundeck

Our brand new, spacious 3-bedroom apartment (100 sqm) is a little gem! Located in one of the most enchanting places in the picturesque Bay of Kotor, it includes a large private terrace & garden with sea view. You'll also be able to enjoy the common area of the complex with its gorgeous infinity pool & café, gym, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and playground. You can even book yourself a massage. It's the perfect place for some quality relaxing time in one of the most beautiful places in Europe. The place is spacious (100 sqm) and includes 3 bedrooms (two double + one single). The 2 main double bedrooms have their own toilet & bathroom (one with shower and one with bathtub). There are 3 toilets in total, one kitchen, one living room, one big terrace and a garden with sea and mountains views. We have a very fast internet connection and most equipment to travel with a baby / toddler (baby bed, mattress & a few toys), as well as free parking. It's the perfect place for some quality relaxing time in one of the most beautiful places in Europe. You also have access to the spa (sauna, jacuzzi & hammam) as well as the reception of the complex where you can book massages and other touristic activities. Guest will have access to everything we've got in the house: fast wireless internet, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, terrace, parking, and more. As well as all the common amenities the complex has to offer: stunning infinity pool with sea view, pool service during the season & long chairs/mattress, gym, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, café/bar, sun beds, playground, etc. You'll have access to one free parking spot with the appartement. Sheets and 1 bath towel per guest will be provided but we don't provide any beach towels (please take your own pareo/beach towel). Emails are best. We are in the gorgeous bay of Kotor and you'll be able to enjoy stunning views days and night (I personally can't get enough ;-) We are walking distance from the beach (2min walk, just down the road), one of the best restaurant in Montenegro, Catovici Mlini, a wonderfully restored old mill set in the water meadows of Morinj. Several beaches and a small marina complete the local amenities. From there, you'll easily be able to visit the whole bay, the old town of Kotor (classified by UNESCO), Tivat, the marina of Portomontenegro and the historic village of Perast. Best if to catch a cab or rent a car if you'd like to explore the whole bay of Kotor. Otherwise, everything you need is walking distance (shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, beaches, etc). The place is best for couples. Either 2 couples with 1 kid and / or 1 baby or one couple with several kids.
