Spacious 37m2 studio in a calm neighborhood between countryside and city located 15 minutes to the city center and 10 min to Palexpo or the airport. Three minutes distance to the tram way. Ski resorts are 45 minutes away. Apart from easy access to the city, you can enjoy nice walks with beautify views in the wine yards.. The parking is free of charge. House basement in which the sun light penetrates through the various windows. Independent entry. There is a well-equipped small kitchen, a bathroom (with shower and hair dryer), a living room, a double bed and a space to work. The studio is cozy and has wooden furniture. The spacious studio (37 m2 / 398sqf) is located 6 km from Geneva city center. A free parking place is available in front of the house. The studio is located a few steps from a bus and tramway stop with direct link to downtown and the central train station (around 20 minutes). If you are coming by car, the studio is located just 5 minutes from the highway, close to airport/Palexpo (10 minutes by car), easy and close access to motorway. The Alps (and the ski resorts) are around 45 minutes away by car. A free parking place is available in front of the house. The studio is suitable for one or two persons. Its calm and comfortable. Perfect place to relax or work. A weekly change of towels & bed clothes is included for guests staying more than 7 days. A washing machine is available for personal clothes. Please note, the studio is not accessible for persons with disabilities due to the stair way.
